A Comeng set arriving at Chelsea station on the Frankston line in Melbourne this morning.
The first Comeng set entered service in September 1981. almost 45 years later, over half of the original fleet is still in service.
Melbourne tram W8.961 this afternoon in Flinders Street on route 35.
961 started life in 1950 as SW6.961. She was converted to W8 class (safety upgrades) in 2019.

X'trapolis 2.0 set number 4 on a test run at Chelsea on Melbourne's Frankston line. Set 4 is running without her coupler cover.
The X'trapolis 2.0 (XT2) trains are currently in delivery and testing, likely to be in service from mid year on the Frankston, Upfield and Craigieburn lines.
Off to Bundanoon on the Canberra Xplorer.

Back in Sydney for a few hours. It's a bit damp, but I took a ride out to Many on a Freshwater Class ferry.
Very happy to see them still in service, but I thought they planned to retire them a few years ago?
