I love Reolink for their HomeAssistant integrations, but damn does their detection settings suck. For one, it only works when the camera is at 0 degrees, so if you mounted the camera sideways to get the most out of a corridoor, good luck to you. For another, the time after detection and before detection recording window cannot be less than 10 seconds, so when reviewing the footage you often have to wait for something to happen. For a brother, you cannot tell it to filter out detection activity less than a second long. A bug whizzes past your screen? 30 second recording dedicated to it. For a lover, the proximity sensor is mostly just shape based, so if a large truck goes past it registers the same as if someone up close
