Hi! Time for introductions! I'm Sly VI (as in "6", but I haven't discovered the 5 previous iterations yet) I'm a trans gal in her 30s hidden somewhere in Europe, interested in tech, music, video games, FOSS, but mostly a bad puns connoisseuse I have strong opinions about web development (the last 10 years were a mistake, but we're getting better), politics (punch fascists, they deserve it), and more! I assume it would be better to ask for authorization beforehand though

@skinnylatte@hachyderm.io wasn't there an article some months ago stating something like "the best way to filter Asian restaurants for genuine (as in not adapted to occidental standards) recipes is to specifically look around the 3.5-3.8 stars point, as it often get negative stars from regular occidentals for being too "spicy" or "weird" whereas people having experienced the country / region themself will praise the food as being authentic"
