slanderoid

I'm super late for my biannual re-#introduction post... Whoops! 😅 Anyway, I'm slanderoid. I'm just some guy from a tiny #rural village in Midwest, USA. I came to #Mastodon after #Twitter turned into a medical waste dumpster fire back in 2022. I'm turning 40 in a week and I feel weird about it I'm a #geek. (Or a #nerd, I'm not sure which.) I love #horror of all kinds. I used to play a lot of #VideoGames but not so much, lately. I'm more into #movies and #music at the moment. I love #books and I can often be found #reading something. My wife and I run a big #LittleFreeLibrary from our front lawn. We've got some big plans for it next year! I recently launched a website full of my #writing over at https://notaherostory.com #NotAHeroStory has been my dream for many years and it's cool that, after some hard work, time, and dedication, it finally exists! If you're into #fantasy, #comedy, #LitRPG, or #beer, you should check it out. It's 94% free! If you're new here, welcome! 😄

I think May the Fourth is as good of time as any to say that I've proudly never watched a single Star War and never plan to

Nevermind. Had a gummy, watched Pacific Rim, Galaxy Quest, and started Hazbin Hotel and had a fucking awesome time. Chillaxin' accomplished!

@cantdoxthedrox I think it looks amazing! It's so cool... Keep it up! And it gave me the inspiration I needed for a little side project I'm working on 😄 Thank you!

@stina_marie@social.horrorhub.club@bookstodon@fedigroups.social @bookstodon@toot.community Added to my TBR 😄 Thanks!

@WanderingInDigitalWorlds@sunny.garden You can do it! 💪😁

@WanderingInDigitalWorlds@sunny.garden It's worth a try and, as long as you stick to the plan, I think it'll go okay. Good luck!

@CorruptedFox@meow.social Technically omnivore, but I'm pescatarian

@MichaelJDeLuca@climatejustice.social That is so awesome! Thank you 😊

@Esoteria@social.horrorhub.club Yes! I love it!

@WanderingInDigitalWorlds@sunny.garden Thanks! The news has been a little much lately is all. Otherwise, things are actually going pretty well! I've never tried the drinks, either - I'm terrified of them 😂
