In “pleasant surprises of the day”…

Fitting a couple of ceiling fans in the house and found out that all our light switches seem to be wired with a neutral wire! 😀

To all the Fathers, step Fathers, substitute Fathers, Father figures, Fathers to be, once were Fathers, and anyone who considers themselves in a Father’s position…

Hope you have a great day today wherever you are and whatever you’re doing. I’m sure you’re doing a great job and deserve a day being a little spoilt! 😀

(It’s Father’s Day in the UK for anyone who’s🤔🤨🧐)

Lots of noise from the bombers leaving Fairford today 🛫

Probably heading for Belgium

Particularly when DD is usually cheaper than paying "manually: for other types of bills...

I’m very torn between #eBooks and paper #books.

I love the convenience of being able to have a whole set of books in my pocket and read any of them when and where I want.

But I also like the fact that once I’ve read a paper book I can pass it on to someone else or drop into the local charity shop.
