No clue! e13n could be externalization. I like to think big tech devs use e14n with this meaning in their internal tikets

I knew only about i18n (internationalization) and a11y (accessibility), these are very used in technical literature.
Apparently is a more general concept: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Numeronym
Not the best naming practice imho.
Anyway it was fun imagining corporate devs incorporate this new term in their lingo.
