We released a fourth alpha for #MusicBrainz Picard 3. If things go well we will next release a beta version for broader testing.

Meet Lilly. She is an old rat lady by now, but still as cute as when she was little. Unfortunately she is now a bit lonely, as the other 3 pack members have already died, hence she spends more time on the sofa with us.

He also was totally resistant to anyone suggesting that he maybe should use a graphical UI for doing the commit (git gui or such). He was all "I do everything on command line!!" but clearly couldn't handle it.
It was rather annoying.

@txtx @pixelschubsi @ruari That's actually the point of this thread. Of course the GDPR gives more rules about the data. E.g. you would need to document whom you are giving data to. But all that does not mean you need cookie banners.

@holger @derralle Rammen ist in dem Fall aber auch eine Beschreibung des physikalischen Vorgangs, nicht der Schuld. Wenn die Bahn in das Auto fährt, hat sie das Auto gerammt. Wäre das Auto in Fahrtrichtung seitlich in die Bahn gefahren, hätte das Auto die Bahn gerammt. Unabhängig davon, ob Bahn oder Auto zu dem Zeitpunkt dort hätten sein dürfen.

@asltf @holger @derralle Darum ging es doch jetzt gar nicht 😉 Es ging um die Aussage, dass das Auto die Bahn gerammt hat, weil die Schuld bei der Autofahrerin. Das "rammen" bezeichnet aber den Vorgang, nicht die Schuldfrage.
Bei einem Fahrzeug gegen Personen/Tiere würde man ja eher von z.B. überfahren reden. Das analoge Beispiel für Deinen Fall wäre dann, dass, wenn sich herausstellt dass der Fußgänger die Schuld trägt, Holger sagen würde, der Fußgänger hat das Auto überfahren.
Just had a meeting, where on the customer side all the non-techies were men and all techies women (and it was mostly techies). On the technical side I was the only guy.
Still uncommon in IT, unfortunately. But gives some hope that things will change 😀
