:cone: There will be server downtime tomorrow at 1PM CST, possibly for a few hours. Denden will not be reachable during that time, so check the discord or the downtime page for status updates

Welcome to denden.world!
This will be the account for making announcements relating to updates, downtime, and other general information relating to denden or the fediverse.
Announcements will still be made through the announcements tab (the megaphone at the top of the page). If you use a client that doesn't have it, I recommend following this account so you don't miss anything important! Thank you.
The explore page should be more populated with posts from now on: https://denden.world/explore
If you ever checked this and saw nothing, it's because for a post to appear there it needs to be approved manually. I made a script that automatically approves anything that can trend.
We're going to have some downtime on July 8th because our ISP needs to do some work on our internet service. (The day has been updated, it used to be the 7th but it is the 8th now)
You can now check on denden's status here. Make sure to bookmark it:
This link just redirects to a page on my neocities, which means it will be up even if my entire server is down.
Denden server for server announcements and chat if you have discord:
I will add a bridge to matrix once I join a better matrix host for it since I use that more than discord
I have adjusted the media proxy rate limit, you should now stop seeing broken images as often when scrolling down someone's profile.
There is now a Matrix bridge for the denden discord server.

Denden tips:
You can hide your list of followers/following, choose if you want to be in the profile directory, or require approval for new followers in your profile settings: https://denden.world/settings/privacy
You can enable a tweetdeck style multi-column layout, and choose if CW'd posts and sensitive media should be obscured or not by default in appearance settings: https://denden.world/settings/preferences/appearance
There you can also turn on boost confirmation dialogs, which allows you to change the visibility of posts that you reblog
@cloudpie@denden.world For nonsexual nudity I think either is fine !
