"I want you to learn about the beauty of the four seasons. Dawn, Midnight, Dusk and Noon. The image of out Monastery is often synonymous with "cold" "dark" "snowy" to an outsider, and it's true that the Noon of the Eastern Region is harsh, but the other seasons are completely different.
To begin with, Dawn. As the mountains slowly turn white, a thin little light appears, as purple clouds soar. Eventually, the melting white will slowly beautiful fresh greenery.
Midnight. It's dry when the red Moon is out. The darkness is more heavy, but many fire butterflies migrate during this time, and they glow faintly, even if it rains. And, in the daytime, there are long hours of sunshine. A time where the Midnight dyes the world its own colors.
Dawn and Midnight in the Southern and Western Regions more hot and humid than the Eastern and Northern Regions. And, in the Southern Region, there is little rainfall.
Dusk. As the cold sun sets, the sound of wind and insects come to a halt. A time where crows sleep, where groups of wild sphereballs, geese, boar, wagyu, mulfton, and other animals can be seen in small groups. A pretty abundance of autumn leaves can be seen everywhere, on the fields, even on the top of a dog's head.
Noon. Snow should not fall too much, at least in our coastal East Region. In the frosty white, and even colder, fires rush across the land, and even though it may cross to charcoal, the land is always burning, and there is no warmth. As the Dawn approaches, the fire becomes lukewarm and loose, and will soon turn to white ash and become rough. Once Dawn comes close, the world is already painted silver. In the Northern Region, there is hardly a season where the world changes its color from this.
There is no extreme in the ferocity of nature. All four seasons are surrounded by beautiful colors, but as the Red Moon bleeds brighter, there is less and less of a plentiful rainbow glow in our pale world. Some Baroque say it has a relaxing effect, but I prefer to see the world in more colors than just one, don't you?"

About seasons.

I wrote some notes about the nuggets from memory for future reference, which was fun.

To be honest, I've been debating how to draw Honkler nugget hair for a while. I've decided to draw it like Aurora :fern_peek:

The Outskirts, I have this image of just a barren countryside. I used to think it would snow there, but not the City, for some reason lol

Snow......yeah, there's just too much snow. (Delusional from snow shoveling) It's less snowy around purely coastal areas. EMILIA happens to live inbetween snow hell and tsunami hell.

"It is still lonely when you leave the Tower."
As I helped ready the ward around the Shrine before our leave, Shiri described the situation in the village.
On our Mission, in the search of outside information about the Human god, we ventured into the distant mountains of the Northern Region, where we found dilapidated houses and fields. One of these is a home rented as a permanent accommodation during our stay, and it has accumulated a lot of dust, as it would have been a while since the original residents left.
The further you go into the countryside, the more people abandon overrun land. Baroque migrate to the Tower to avoid the threat of Monsters that are flooding in from the wilds. Monsters take over the residences in the abandoned exclaves, and those who remain are either consumed or, when overwhelmed with hopelessness, transformed into Monsters themselves. That is how the Human god expands its power.
Life is never easier when you just move someplace else. The basic livelihood has been lost, and without a reliable Guide, the only place you can end up is a poor one. Writhing in malice and violence, in the end, remnants of fallen lands are preyed upon wherever they flee. That's the reality.
"But, hey, a lot of women are dressed up. Are they having some kind of Festival?"
Intrigued by the words, I put aside my thoughts and stop helping to look toward the village. Even from such a far distance, I could see the cheery villagers. Many young women have floral decorations on their heads, and when a man stops them, they exchange a few words before leaving.
"Kurori, it would be a good idea to walk around the village to gather information before our next departure."

Thanks! If you mean the short girl, it's not a Mithras, but it's something like that (´・ω・`)
