Genau das machen wir auch. Ich predige es seit meinen ersten ChatGPT-Versuchen Ende 2022. "Whiteboard Defense" trifft es gut. Entwickler müssen ihren Code und die Gedanken dahinter jederzeit erklären können. Sonst nutzen sie LLMs falsch und ihre Software geht den Bach runter. Und da sind wir wieder: Eine Effizienzsteigerung von 50 % oder mehr gibt es nicht. Prioritäten sind kein Steuerungsinstrument. Sie sind eine Momentaufnahme davon, wer zuletzt laut war: Chef, Kunde, Support. Deshalb ist die Liste am Montag schon falsch. "Wann ist das Projekt fertig?" Die Frage klingt vernünftig. Ist sie aber nicht. Niemand kann sie ehrlich beantworten, weil das Team erst während des Projekts lernt, was das Projekt überhaupt ist. Jeder fixe Komplett-Plan tut nur so, als wäre die Zukunft schon bekannt. Plan klein, liefer früh, lass Feedback den Rest planen. #Projektmanagement #agile #scrum #kanban

I think time and decision-count are two views of the same thing: time is just a proxy for how many dependent decisions pile up before feedback lands. Your tree shows why my "validity window" exists. A signal decays not because time passes, but because each passing decision widens the blast radius when it's wrong. The shockwave through the subtree is exactly what I call decision latency, made visual.

@scrumschau@mastodon.social UX/UI stabil: Easy! Das meine ich unter anderem mit Harness. Wenn dein Harness gut ist, wird AI nicht ausbrechen. Auch hier gilt: Human in the loop. Es bleibt die Verantwortung des Menschen, UX/UI zu kontrollieren. Die AI ändert nix mehr von sich aus - das war 2024. Nachladen: Guter Punkt! Und ja: auch da muss der Mensch (und der Harness) drauf achten. Aber ein non-Topic! Ich rede im Artikel nicht von "Einen Prompt schreiben und weggehen" - bitte nicht mixen. 2/2
