Emission Nebula IC1396 in Cepheus: 90mm Tamron DSLR lens, HOS palette, reprocessed with additional Oiii-Sii data. The bright red star on the outer edge of the nebula at 5 o'clock is Mu Cephei, William Herschel's Garnet Star, one of the largest stars in our galaxy.
Hydrogen alpha emission from Heart and Soul Nebula. Work in progress with my first 10+ hrs of data, taken over three months through narrowband filters.

@StatusQuo Nope. Actually this is taken with a DSLR lens on a tracking mount, a second scope-camera set for guiding, and narrowband filters to make Ha-Oiii-Sii signals more vivid.
