Couldn't quite face a full opera at Teatro La Fenice! It's worth doing the walking tour there though.

@bazscott@mastodon.social I once needed surgery for a ligament injury on my foot while holiday. Could walk absolutely fine by the time of flight home but insurer insisted on two empty seats beside me so I could stretch out.
Full flight so this necessitated moving other people, including my wife and 2 year old child around. I then sat with three seats to myself looking like a right prick while they were all squashed beside a stranger. Was waiting for someone to ask if they could sit but no one did!
