@cwebber OK. I found a repo on Github from "ahujasi" with a Blender MCP server. But not sure if that is THE one...
I guess it would help with trust if the motivations from both parties were spelled out properly...

@cwebber Had to look up "MCP server" 😇 My days of playing with LLMs were mostly just using Claude Code to overcome a steep microcontroller programming learning curve and are now behind me... So is the server getting developed by Blender as a result of the donation? If not, wouldn't they have access to it anyway due to the open source nature? Sorry if I'm asking dumb questions...

@b0rk It looks like #Gitlab is doing some work on using #ActivityPub. There is a really old discussion on #Github about implementing it on #Gitea as well. Wouldn't this solve a lot of the issues exposed by the article?
