Back home, quite early. I'm tired and pained as usual, but might have enough time to eat and rest before the new season of #TheArk premieres.
#TheArk star Christie Burke previews Sharon Garnet's long-awaited backstory and teases plenty of surprises when season three returns. #TheArkS3 https://www.syfy.com/syfy-wire/the-ark-season-3-christie-burke-teases-sharon-garnets-backstory
Back at the office, carefully evaluating my workload vs how sick I feel vs how much caffeine I'm willing to consume to deal with all that.
#ForAllMankind, a show that began life as a period piece, is now unashamedly hard science fiction. https://www.space.com/entertainment/space-movies-shows/how-for-all-mankind-evolved-from-the-right-stuff-into-the-expanse
What do you mean it's only TUESDAY?
A single episode saw a powerless #Buffy feeling betrayed -- which feels pretty familiar to fans right now. #BTVS https://reactormag.com/on-buffy-helpless-and-feeling-helpless/

The new season of #TheArk is almost here, but there's a lot to remember from the previous 2nd season. Here are the 7 most important events and facts to keep in mind for #TheArkS3 https://www.tvfanatic.com/7-things-remember-before-the-ark-season-3-premieres/
Sure! #dinnertime #meme
I'm not keen on the idea of putting chips in human brains, but I have to admit that the idea of ctrl-alt-del'ing myself once in a while is appealing.
Celebrating #NationalWingsDay at #Duffys ... I'm sure this will be reflected in the blood test I have scheduled for tomorrow.
After that nice lunch, I should have had a light dinner. Instead, a chicken quesadilla and ice cream. Please remind me of this when, eventually and inevitably, I complain about not losing weight. #fatkid
Either I teleported about an hour and 15 min into the future, or just had a full on #NapAttack .
Long meeting was long, but apparently was productive. "Apparently" because everyone seems pleased with my latest code, and that might change once they use it... or look at it closely.
Now I need to go out for #lunchbreak and then to my first physical therapy appointment. Ugh.
After reading/watching as many recaps of season 2 as I could find -- not that many, TBH -- ready to dive into #TheArk season 3.
Even feeling a bit sick, still gotta have my weekly rice pudding. #Sergios
Part of my brain says that bourbon chicken and noodles from #PeiWei the night before a blood test was not a good idea. Another, more rational part of my brain thinks that even if I had been eating only salads for a week, the effect in my blood markers would be minimal.
Workday is over. I could work a bit more, but I'm using the fact there is a new #DaredevilBornAgain dropping at 9 PM (Eastern) as a great excuse to GTFO now.

Dammit #DaredevilBornAgain why you had to go and make me feel bad for [spoiler]?
Also, if I had been [spoiler] waiting in the car, I'd need an underwear change. Maybe two.
#TheArk creator discusses the third season of the space adventure series: "We went wildly over budget and just made the biggest craziest season we could possible imagine." #TheArkS3 https://www.space.com/entertainment/space-movies-shows/the-ark-creator-dean-devlin-talks-season-3s-enormous-mystery-box-and-sci-fi-surprises-interview

At my place, rebooting my home laptop because it's acting funky and slow. Wish I could do the same with my body.
I should know by now that I need the little caffeine boost I get from having a diet coke with lunch, specially after an insomnia night. Skipping it is never a good idea. #sleepy
If I were aboard #ArtemisII by now I'd have already proposed a vote to fire thrusters right after the lunar flyby, just enough so we break free of the Earth/Moon gravity and GTF away from this crazy place.
Relatable. #Wednesday #MorningsSuck #meme
First physical therapy session done. They went gently to begin, but still my head, arms and legs hurt, but a different kind of pain than what I experience daily. Hope next week is easier... Going home now, earlier than expected.
Many thanks to #DaredevilBornAgain for going back to the one-episode-per-week schedule.

OH from a nearby cubicle: "I'm not in a position to handle that, and I don't know how much I'd have to contort myself to get into a position where I could handle that".

Halfway between the PT place and home, a small shopping plaza with a Chipotle, Pei Wei, Panera and Starbucks... and a Coldstone. Guess dinner is not a problem.
