I have a fun, free v1 of a project I'd love for people to try out. It's called The Orb and puts an always-available Search & Voice buttons on your desktop at all times. Works with Siri, ChatGPT, Claude, or any tool – it's customizable: https://github.com/mattcassinelli/The-Orb

@ellen The notebooks are so good! All of it is

@jillian it’s actually amazing. I’m much more able to follow people and control how much I see their stuff where & it means I’ll follow waaaaay more people. I’m already at ~900 🫠

@jillian Absolutely. Earlier this week I was starting to feel the dread of catching up on hundreds of posts while also feeling disconnected, this should be so much easier to follow now. Woo hoo!

@viticci@mastodon.macstories.net The journey from Pixelmator to Pixelmator Photo to Pixelmator Pro for Mac only was brutal from the iPad side. Glad to see them make it full circle. I wish I'd gotten the chance to do an App Intents project with them, almost happened right before the acquisition – hoping they bring the Mac actions to iPad

@nileane@nileane.fr Pressing those just launches Spotlight in keyboard or voice modes! Or whichever you have selected. I will add more, I intentionally published it early so I don’t have any marketing materials
