Lukito (Charles Entertainment Cheese)

Pixel this morning (he is not pleased that we have to work on this fine day, either).

BEACH CAT BEACH CAT BEACH CAT

New-and-objectively-funnier spelling just dropped

My workmen have arrived

Kudos to whoever this photographer was for capturing one of the most stark juxtapositions I’ve seen in a good long while.

How I think I look vs. What I actually look like #caturday

A slightly different #Caturday contribution as this needed some music to complete the effect

Sometimes I think I have really good resilience. Then I get two simultaneous, minor-but-very-noticeable bodily inconveniences and. Well.

After weeks of writing and editing and (subconsciously) agonising over an assignment for a work-based qualification, I’ve *finally* had a breakthrough and now I feel like… whatever this is…

Some folks write 5pm to 3am. Other folks write 17:00 to 03:00. Japan, on the other hand… (I believe this is called the 30時間制 (sanjyūjikansei) and is used to avoid timing ambiguity. May have something to do with the hours of darkness being connected to the previous day, too.)

I mentioned your name to this bagel and they were NOT impressed

Hey boy are you gluten-free bread because you are DENSE

Sat next to someone who is queefing out some genAI slop presentation on - I shit you not - “Business Integrity.” So many words. So little content. Guy’s got arms the size of tree trunks and a brain the size of a desiccated walnut (Edit: oh god his Windows start menu is the CENTRE of the taskbar I’m going to vom.)

Someone just crossed my path and I absolutely recognise his face but I cannot for. the. life. of. me remember where from

Sorry to this man but the slop-dunking MUST continue: He asked CoPilot to give him a “famous quote about success.” It spewed something saccharine out, and attributed it to “Famous English Playwright Stewart Duffry.” You know. Stewart. Stew. Good ol’, totally real, Stewy D, up there with Shakespeare. (It has been added to his presentation and the SMIRK he’s wearing makes me wonder if he’s ever gone a day without using a slur.)

Cinnabar caterpillar convention in the garden this morning

Witnessed a DPD driver park up with Lou Bega’s Mambo No. 5 on FULL blast while shakily delivering a parcel in one hand and taking the fattest of rips from a vape in the other. I don’t know what he’s going through. I don’t think he knows what he’s going through. But it provided a break in the day

I’ve never felt more culturally out of the loop (or happier to be so)
