What I wanted to post about Stranger Things last night, but my memory is garbage, was that Max had a growth spurt between seasons 4 & 5. They tried putting her in the same clothes as last season for a flashback and it just didn't work. You could so tell that she's had a growth spurt, even though they were trying to only show her face as much as possible.

Unlike some YA fiction authors, however, Suzanne Collins hasn't let mold eat her brain in the intervening years or come out as a massive bigot or started writing weirdly transphobic mystery novels under a pen name.

I get a alot of surveys aimed at LGBT+ that's trying to correlate being queer and having an eating disorder. Which is baffling to me because I feel like a lot of the transfem community I see online are all on the bigger side. Like, sure, I can see someone with dysphoria wanting their body to be small like what's considered a "hot" girl, but in practice I just don't see any of those around. I'm not saying they don't exist, just that they aren't within my view of the trans community on fedi.

Hmm, looks like I've almost used up my data cap for images on Sharkey's drive. Maybe I should delete old posts with images... I didn't have this problem on Masto as there isn't a file limit and auto delete.

So I unlocked the new Crisis mode yesterday. It's been around for a bit, but I took my time before unlocking it because I knew it'd be a thing. It's just a harder version of raiding. You have two waves of battle and only four rounds to get through it all. On the plus side, you can go back in with as many teams as you want. On the downside, you can only use a specific girl once and they killed the ability to move your units forward to do more hits. I feel like this is mostly a mode made for whales. I was able to piece together a winning team for hard after about an hour of play, but it felt like such a wasted hour. I don't know if this is "fun" for other people, but the battle system in this game is pretty bad. The only reason I play is for the story and they don't really release new stories often. So I kind of randomly play the battle stuff using as much of the skip ability as possible.
