Aliás, a própria encriptação do Messenger não teve como objectivo proteger as vítimas de criminosos, nem a privacidade dos seus utilizadores. O Zuckerberg nunca se preocupou com a privacidade de alguém, além da sua! O único objectivo é protegê-lo de processos judiciais, alegando desconhecimento por impossibilidade técnica.

I feel that the Fediverse is not about growth. Comparing it or wanting it to be like the mainstream social media is wanting to have here the hell they have there. I think we like it here because we like freedom and peace. They don't!

It's just like the Roman Empire: they killed and oppressed millions of people, but they had their Colosseum where people were murdered, killed "beasts" and were eaten by animals! What else could humanity desire?!

Newcomers can join us and it grows according to the needs of people. It's not like some sort of machine devouring money and people that is never profitable which exploits everyone who's caught up by its arms like some other networks.
