@permacomputer@retro.social I am going to combine several possible avenues to suggest in a way that might or might not be helpful: I love this project and would like to integrate it into some part of my life, but I am unsure of what software is available. I know I could probably modify most BASIC software, but where dose one find that? Therefore, a website with scans of various magazines and things would do wonders for my ability to engage. Also, many tasks I can think of, like an accounting program, require manipulating persistent data that is stored and hopefully backed up somewhere. I am also unaware of what storage devices exist that I could connect to this computer. And so some sort of maybe audio cassette tape drive or something would also be very helpful. Thank you for this interesting project! I admit I have not kept up super closely so some of these things may already exist, I just don't know.

@swick This was a very thought provoking blog post, particularly as I am currently developing an app that handles files. I think this problem should be mostly nonexistent in my app, as files are provided from other trusted applications, but I suppose it would be beneficial to protect against those trusted apps anyway just in case they get hacked. Therefore I will think about it as I am writing my code. Thanks!
