i decided in '01 that all my work wld be at least half-time remote. clients pushed back hard + i just said 'this is how i work. take it or leave it'.
i did hybrid or full remote for nearly 13 yrs til i decided to stop flying. even after that, i only did in-office briefly. went full remote again in '15.
