IVPN
Resist online surveillance. Open-source, independently audited VPN + privacy suite (Mailx, modDNS, Portmaster). No email required to sign up, cash/BTC/XMR payment options. Reach out to support@ivpn.net for quick help.
Note: IVPN does not publish browser extensions for the VPN service. If you have installed one, remove it immediately and contact our support team. If you haven't, consider any IVPN-branded browser extensions in web stores malicious.
Only our Mailx service has a legitimate browser extension pulished by the IVPN team (Chrome: ogdmgaidomgkpefdgciobijgbobjmkpk , Firefox: addon/mailx/).
We have scheduled our eighth annual security audit with @cure53@infosec.exchange to be conducted over the course of two weeks in July.
Scope of the audit includes the cryptography and privacy model of s Unlinked Access, the system that allows customer access to Mailx, modDNS, and Portmaster without propagating IVPN account identifiers to those services. In scope: generator, token and preauth, verifier and distributor services of Unlinked Access.

IVPN's new Plus and Pro Suite plans, added in May, share a unique property.
Unlinked Access is a subscription sync layer that doesn't propagate your IVPN account ID to additional services in the plans (Mailx, modDNS and Portmaster).
Bundled services usually share one identity across every product. Each downstream database ends up storing the same user identifier. That's what we wanted to avoid when designing Unlinked Access.

This post confirms a change to the signature and pubkey for our Warrant Canary due to the renewal of expired subkey. We have published our new canary for September today, and will release new versions on the first Tuesday of every month going forward.
Monero (XMR) payments are temporarily disabled for all IVPN signups and renewals. We're resolving a sync issue with our Monero node. We will update this thread once it's fixed.
If you paid for your account with XMR and it is expiring this month, please email support at support at ivpn.net to avoid service interruption.
@katzenberger@tldr.nettime.org Thanks for report, yes we had a critical server failure which affected our website and key servers. This was indeed our first outage like that in a while and we will work on improving the resiliency for future events like this.
@gracjan@mastodon.online please send us your safe reference ID via DM here or email to support at ivpn.net and we'll look into it.
