After thinking about it on and off for years, I'm *this* close to getting back into beer brewing again. All this time thinking has at least lead to the invention of a relatively cheap, super simple, and hopefully efficient setup that could work well for small batch brewing. I just gotta sell the idea to the Mrs and we're good to go. #homebrew #brewing #homebrewing #beer
My friend @bjoreman@toot.cafe wrote me a sternly worded letter practically demanding that I share my first feeble attempt at coding in Rockstar, so I don't have much of a choice, do I? #coding #programming #adventofcode #rockstar

Evaluating a MacBook Neo as my main computer at work. First impressions are very good, it's soo cute! Carrying it around, the slimmer size and lower weight makes a big difference compared to my old 14" MacBook Pro.
Having recently bought new developer machines with 48 GB RAM, a measly 8 GB feels very limited on paper, but I don't think I really need much more in my daily work. Time will tell. #macbookneo #mac #macos
I solved the second Advent of Code puzzle in Rockstar, going for a more Chrismas-y vibe this time. This can't be a healthy habit ... #programming #coding #adventofcode #rockstar

I couldn't help it, I implemented puzzle 3 of Advent of code too – in Rockstar of course!

I senaste avsnittet av vår oerhört sporadiska podcast Synk pratar jag och @bjoreman@toot.cafe om balansen mellan perfektionism och att faktiskt göra något.
On my way to Stockholm to present at JFokus. Please come say hi if you're going there! #jfokus
Last night, me and my 7-year-old started talking about drains, sewers, and water treatment plants. He asked all sorts of good questions, like how sewer systems work for villages surrounded by hills, and I promised we'd look it up.
This morning he asked again, and we looked into it. There can be pumping stations, but in our nearest example, it turns out there's a small local water treatment plant for the villages in the valley.
A very enjoyable experience, and we both learned something!
Øredev presentation done! Both my voice and the sound cracked up a little, but I think it went fairly well. #oredev
My geek energy seems to be coming in shorter and more intense bursts these days, but this morning I actually wrapped something up. I wonder if that means I'll find the spark for my previous obsession again? It would be fun to finish that as well!
I'm happy and grateful that my presentation about building resilient integrations got accepted by JFokus (although in a shorter format). Really looking forward to it! Who's going? #jfokus #techtalks #conference #conferences
