@mntmn@mastodon.social it started with a keyboard flashing accident (I ran an older script and it accidentally wrote the sysctl to the keyboard) and then I spent ages trying to get the sysctl to power on by sending it serial messages but it never seemed to come up, so I’ve reflashed the firmware (it comes up just fine as a mass storage device) but I’m not getting any output over tio :/

@mntmn@mastodon.social yeah reflashed from another computer, the SoM has not been bootable because it can’t power on without the keyboard. I’ve tried a bunch of configurations and I’m fairly certain I tried that but I honestly just need the time to start again and take notes. So if the prototypes bear fruit just think of me as someone who can pay parts and postage I guess is all I’m saying!

@nullagent@partyon.xyz Do you have any notes (even partial ones) on what target to build and how to subsequently use it? I've managed to build something but I suspect it may just be the original meshcore repeater firmware and accessing over serial looks like it might just be the bootloader... I'm happy to contribute back to docs if I manage to get something up and running :)
