Seeking help! Research data by/about/related to art history - who created it, who has it, who (re-)uses it? We only know so little! Yes, there's https://www.arthistoricum.net/. Yes, there are image metadata in LIDO XML. But: Who makes use of them for new research? Yes, there were a number of PhD theses on CIDOC CRM. Where's the data? Was the schema adopted? Has data been (re-)used, even outside art history? Please share your knowledge! #DigitalArtHistory #ResearchData #DataReuse #FAIRData

How to get the bibliography of an individual more interesting to the readers? My approach is to publish it together with unpublished texts. In case of an art historian, these can be speeches from exhibition openings, or lectures on subjects that did not make it into a book. As example, have a look https://doi.org/10.11588/artdok.00008971 What else could be used to make those "dry" publication lists more appealing?
