Presumably I'm suppose to be acquiring prestige, wealth, and forming a family to protect from the radical ideologies out there, and that's to push me rightward politically. You're free to guess how that has been going.

More specifically, if you ever get it to start to deliver push-back, it will remain in that frame pretty much whatever you say. It will pour something into the correct-the-user template no matter how much it has to straw-man. Which I'm sure was effective against Red Teaming of whatever. But is....not fun. And I don't owe ChatGPT anything, so whatever. I should probably talk less, who knows where that data is going.
I am not assigned a race. If you need me to belong to one, you'll have to contact whatever professional is in charge of assignment and pay them to produce documentation. I am not able to do that myself.
People are like -- you *need* to learn these new AI tools.
There are mostly two situations: AI tools actually work. They will then quickly get paywalled to a degree I can't afford.
Or they don't really work. In which case, no, I don't need to learn them.
I mean, I play with them sure. But I'm not making them part of my workflow.

I can not make official statements for the government. I say that on about every political topic. It reduces my attack surface but still lets me type something.

@thetnholler.bsky.social I keep watching. I think the "Hitler path" is started by various parties in government. Few make it through very far, which is why comparisons can be questioned. But even if Trump fails to gain uncontested personal control of the US government, state violence is inevitable.
I work a lot. So I can earn "living", as they say in the economy fandom. Maybe I should stop feeling guilty that I don't have a vibrant social media profile. I probably will continue to feel that, though.

It's not my role to advocate for or against robin violence, but two robins were going at each other for a good minute. I don't speak enough robin to know the substance of the confrontation.
Sometimes I think about documenting the experience of using a mainstream app. Unlike older software, even if you have the software binary and device, the cloud side won't come back. And it's an important slice of life but one I expect almost nobody thinks to actually record.
Life changes you. There was a time when enumerating integers would have been all I needed to engage myself intellectually. I could have asked myself with interest what comes after 19. [It's 20]. Now I think, "Oh, we're just counting." A spark has died.

I've been doing my taxes wrong for the past few years. It's probably still fixable. Anyway, I'm not responsible for the government thinking I'm responsible enough to do my taxes correctly. I don't have political opinions like that. I'm just a pony.
I am not able to hold an objective view of law, even if it's claimed that I am lying. I can model your objective view, I suppose. But that's not the same as me saying there's such a thing as legal and illegal. There are only state assertions and actions generally considered state force, and ideas in your head, not mine.
Well, my Pixel 4 has "Qualcomm"ed. Essentially something in the motherboard fries, you can only get them to poll as a USB device but not boot, options are locked behind crypto, and they are basically bricked. I've had two Pixel 3 XLs go this route before. Now you pull the motherboard and drill out the NVM (not that I think anyone cares that much but whatever).
I don't like phones but it's the only way I can have tech safely in normal spaces. Few would tolerate the pony themed Cyberdeck that would please me. So phone it is. Old Pixels ironically seem like the most open device, at least their price range. Yes, I know Linux phones exist but not the same way in the used markets.

I'm on what they call a bus. Whether it is a bus I won't say. I don't care enough about the bus essence. But I seem to have been on it for most of a few hours.
I'm not really part of the Mastodon implicit "socioeconomic"/"professional" group. Which I assume everyone picks up on. But you never put in a hard enforcement layer, and while you can blame me for not picking up on hints, you have no force, and I did spin up my own instance briefly, so if I get enough friction I can start over, too. Most of what I do is inappropriate, but I exist in areas where there is no explicit force stopping me (yet). I've accepted this as my life, and there's something in that, I guess.
At the current rate of improvement, I predict in 5-10 years AI will be able to read the text in a PDF.
I don't believe in biology. Life has gotten easier when I let things like IQ, race, disability, mental illness, biological drives, survival of the fittest, and so on become someone else's problem. ChatGPT says it can't affirm my frame but also admits it can't use force to change my view. So I continue.
