@orkoden@mastodon.cloud ok it seems not be designed to have a USB passthrough. Which makes sense, but is not what I need to run HA for example. I guess I am better off with UTM of VirtualBox for this case.
@fatbobman would the injection of the mcp configuration also work when the Claude binary is not overwritten?

@schenklklopfer I was looking for something less invasive, a backup does not contain everything, so it’s painful to re-setup.

@schenklklopfer it’s not more than a backup (at least the encrypted local one). Many security sensitive apps opt out of being transferred. Not judging their reasoning here. But it makes setting up a new device painful. Or backing it up.
