Yaaaay new instance. Will initiate the move most likely tomorrow so yeah.

On the plus side my new account is Emma [middle name] so y’all get to see what I chose for that.

As much as I love this place, I’m really tempted to move my account somewhere with more than 500 characters. The amount of time I spend truncating my prose down to the exact limit… is a bit.

Played an action game today for the time in awhile and honestly… while it was fun it was also *tiring*

Like, I play FFXIV for community and I play Theatrhythm cause I love music games. But straight up action RPGs (like Crisis Core)… I dunno j wasn’t feeling it today.

I really think a lot of my gaming was escapism and now that I don’t really need that anymore.. it’s hard to get into certain genres now.

Kinda makes me sad.

@alice@lgbtqia.space Within the first feel days, a feeling of peace. Probably more to do with the fact that I started my journey. I will say though that the most prevalent feeling I remember was as if this hidden weight that was on my shoulders for my whole life was suddenly gone.

Within weeks - I was learning what it meant to tap into my emotions. Lots of nights of crying, feeling regret, feeling guilt. It was rough, but it was me. I felt things, and I wanted to know more.

@bitchwolf@kolektiva.social @alice@lgbtqia.space The memory part really gets to me. I’m only six months and there are a lot of things I don’t remember about pre-HRT me. It’s… sometimes a little jarring. Like everything before was an empty shell and that’s why there’s not much to remember.
