Hi, I’m a seasoned engineer with 25 years of experience. I’ve got experience in data engineering with high volumes of data, some ML, lots of AWS and IaC,some security. I’m used to managing and communicating choices and trade offs to implement customer focused solutions, and running them in production. (FWIW I also sew and grow vegetables) I’d like to work for a company looking to make a positive environmental impact on the world. Based around Bath/Bristol or remote #fedihired #mastohire

Is there a way to make a living having a positive impact on the world, and building a caring and supportive environment while doing so? Asking for a friend

I like that my daughter and I started a sewing journey together about a year ago, and that she’ll likely get much further than me eventually #sewing #craft

Late to the party, but I’ve become a convert of the “Cunk on …” series (BBC). Very funny and completely disrespectful 😂 https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episodes/m001cbmw/cunk-on

BBC iPlayer

Cunk on...

Landmark documentary-maker Philomena Cunk traces the history of Britain and the world, from the Big Bang to Brexit. Comedy from Charlie Brooker, starring Diane Morgan.

On the off chance, would someone be interested in tickets for UK games expo tickets for Sunday? We bought 2 adult + child but we won’t go after all (31st of May https://www.ukgamesexpo.co.uk/). Happy to undercut the price. #boardgames
