@wood5y@mastodonapp.uk Isn't "A premise" (singular) an idea or hypothesis, which is pluralised?
"The premises" meaning a building or location is always used in the plural. (Source, since I wanted to check: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Premises)

Most of this I have no problem with, but I can't seem to be able to see _which_ of my Slacks are unread without interacting with the app, which seems a huge step backwards.
Hey #recruiters just FYI, if you ever call me unsolicited, on a number I didn't give you, regarding a company that I don't handle recruitment for, I will 1000% never deal with you again.
(Yes: my LinkedIn profile links to my consulting website which _does_ list my phone number. That's not a number I publish on behalf of my employer and I find it entirely inappropriate to call me there on this basis. If you want to be involved in recruiting for my employer, go through the proper channels.)
