Fun news! Earlier this Fall I was nominated as the Afrocolombian of the year (in STEM) by the oldest newspaper in Colombia, El Espectador, and the Fundacion Color de Colombia.
Tonight, I was named the 2022 awardee in STEM! I'm beyond excited!
