rn our solution is to keep our macbook running and have things ssh into it but thats not the best solution

@filmroellchen we need a mix of trigger based (time, commit) CI, manual run actions, multiarch (x64,arm64,sparc), multios (linux, *bsd, illumos, macos, windows), configurable build caching of directories, etc
so theres not really a single platform that fully works for us rn

can take a fuck ton of tiny capsules, but large pills/capsules suck
finding magnesium bisglycinate in small vegan capsules is similarly impossible but at least with some brands of orange cordial/squash we can add it directly to our electrolyte beverage
whenever we have NAC we tend to buy it in powdered form, measure and put into baggies, and then dissolve it in minimum amount of strong sweet dark fruit juice and chug it or sip from it throughout the day, it tends to be cheaper in powder form but tends to be expensive unless buying in bulk
having shots of NAC solution is a good way to get even dosing though, we typically throw a bit of melatonin in as well if we have spare

especially as we was using it in the pretty early days and ended up having to fork a good part of the stdlib just to get our program not crashing due to hitting unimplemented or 'unreachable' code paths
it seems a lot better nowadays though and we've been considering trying it again for writing memory safe wrappers and abstractions

makes programming so much less energy intensive, rust's stdlib also maps very nicely to how our brain handles programming, it just requires a bit more upfront thinking of how to structure code/data, def worth the tradeoffs for us esp as we already have very little energy for programming

hi, we're really not doing good (mentally, physically, financially) rn
currently burning through 10x more of our energy than our body is physically capable of due to medical bs just getting worse and worse
pretty much been in and out of the hospital daily since early april with so, so many issues, our body is on the verge of shutting down constantly
have had to buy food multiple times over only to realise that our body isn't currently able to eat them due to GI issues and dysphagia, and also items to improve our quality of life and meds to deal with body issues
lost so much weight in that time and no longer fit in any of our clothes and desperately need a bra to even be able to breathe sitting down without pulling all our chest muscles, i can't even walk 500m without passing out anymore... :(
our finances were only just recovering until this happened, now we're about £300 short due to all of this, really could do with being able to get some sort of liquid nutrients in us and items for improving quality of life

forgejo runners for this would work just fine and have the integration advantage, the rest of our CI needs are less coupled to repos and more to specific build environments so having a more adaptable setup is nice
