Welp, finally happened: "X" pushed one too many political "notifications" to my phone, so I deleted the app from my device.

@slightlyoff @abr @robin @Edent It would also be hear the argument justifying why Google spends so much resource trying to keep the W3C functional, and ISN'T moving all work to WHATWG or somewhere else.
Y'know what I most miss about Google+? Internal Google+.

@robin @michaelchampion When you want to turn the dialog from "Google needs to be fixed" to "How can we rebuild and change infrastructure to prevent these negative behaviors while making the best platform for users", let me know.

@luis_in_brief Having worked for two huge megacorps now: I doubt it. I do think the round of Google layoffs has irrevocably damaged the trust many of us Googlers had in how the company is run, though.

@luis_in_brief Anyone who goes to a large company has to take on the mantle of "I'm communicating partly on behalf of my company now" though. It's a difficult adjustment.
