The #Iran crisis is 100 % one of capitalism's own making. Stop whining and get rid of fossil fuels, like scientists have been saying for decades anyway.

Is het nu kW, kWh of zelfs Kwh? Het blijft moeilijk, ook voor de #vrt.
Edit: verbeterd ondertussen 😉

@ari@fedi.arimelody.space I couldn't be bothered to watch that long enough to see if he said it with a straight face, but the M$ CEO talking about social permission, that is very funny indeed 😂

The adjustment of the solar power output happens through the modbus interface of our Solax inverter, the code to do this can be found here: https://github.com/barche/PowerScraper/tree/SolaxX3Control

@TomDB@mastodon-belgium.be @shafik@hachyderm.io To see that wall people need education and a sense of citizenship. These are foundations that are heavily eroded in our individualistic society, and rebuilding this will take time, but we must never give up on that.

@TomDB@mastodon-belgium.be @shafik@hachyderm.io I don't think that's the real issue. The ad networks know a lot about their users, and they push content to steer the vote in the direction their owners choose. Inflation does the trick for some, others care more about migration, the content is adapted individually based on tens of thousands of parameters that are tracked by the algorithms.
The only quick way to change that is to regulate these platforms, and their owners will now write the regulations. Game over.

@shafik@hachyderm.io And now the billionaires that own the disinformation ad networks also own the US president…

@timnitGebru@dair-community.social Eugh, that’s disappointing, but it was to be expected of course. MSM completely misrepresented this again.

Oei, waarschijnlijk ook geen goede zaak voor overheidsdiensten in België, mocht Netanyahu ooit naar hier komen en gearresteerd worden. Bye bye #Microsoft email dan.

@stonehead@tech.lgbt Zo kortzichtig. Zit jullie leger ook op M365? Dat van ons wel in elk geval.

@frox@tooting.ch It's a consequence of the dynamic pricing contract we chose. At times when the price goes negative, we would need to pay to deliver electricity to the grid, so now this is avoided and the inverter output is adjusted so the solar panels just cover our own need, i.e. at times of negative prices we now have no costs.
Negative prices are a sign of oversupply in electricity, so for the grid this is a good thing too.
