Ry Cooder - 'Pull Up Some Dust And Sit Down' (2011)
Another excellent #RyCooder solo album, featuring songs on socio-political topics and instrumentalists as #FlacoJimenez, #JimKeltner and son #JoachimCooder. There's blues, country, americana, folk, samba & mariachi rock. Awesome.
David Bowie - 'The Shel Talmy Recordings' (2026)
Wow. Fantastic collection of 1965 #DavidBowie with The Lower Third and The Manish Boys plus some solo recordings. The #ShelTalmy production makes #Bowie sound like early The Who at times. This rocks. Amazing stuff. 'Take My Tip'!

Ry Cooder - 'Election Special' (2012)
Fifteenth #RyCooder studio solo album, with the singer/guitarist performing all the music, except drums played by #JoachimCooder. A collection of personal and biting protest songs in blues, country, americana and folk style. Excellent!
Ryuichi Sakamoto & Alva Noto - '12 Conversations' (2026)
#RyuichiSakamoto and #AlvaNoto atmospheric, ambient and melodic soundscapes on piano and electronics. Stunningly gorgeous, gorgeously stunning.
Pink Floyd - 'The Endless River' (2014)
The fifteenth #PinkFloyd studio album, mostly recorded in 1993 during sessions for 'The Division Bell', contains mostly instrumental and atmospheric stuff and is a tribute to the great late keyboardist #RichardWright. Some wonderful moody music. #pinkfloydthon
Pink Floyd - 'The Division Bell' (1994)
The fourteenth #PinkFloyd studio has a more organic feel than its predecessor, some great songs and instrumentals and that familiar spacious and laidback sound. An outstanding work. 'What Do You Want From Me?'! 'Keep Talking'! #pinkfloydthon

Ry Cooder - 'I, Flathead - The Songs Of Kash Buk And The Klowns' (Limited Edition) (cd+book) (2008)
Superb #RyCooder solo album, the 3rd in a trilogy, is a concept album telling a fictional historic tale, criticizing US society. Blues, country, americana, folk, samba and umpah rock.
Frank Zappa - 'Little Dots' (2016)
Recorded November/December 1972, this sequel to 'Imagninary Diseases' is #FrankZappa and The Petit Wazoo band in excellent form. Jazzy, loose, tight, adventurous, demanding, amazing and jawdroppingly good. Some awesome #Zappa guitar too.
Ozric Tentacles - 'Harmonic Mind' (2026)
Whoah! This new 12.354th #OzricTentacles album is just what you want an #Ozrics album to be: uplifting, hypnotizing, groovy, goofy, freaky, psychedelic, electronic and full of weird synths and things and awesome guitar soloing. Love it.
Gong - 'Bright Spirit' (2026)
This new #Gong album is just fantastic. Great melodies, weird time signatures, superb performance, all adventurous stuff. Long story short: this is Gong music as only Gong can make it.

Rick Wakeman - 'Return To The Red Planet' (cd+bluray) (2026)
Strong follow-up to the 2020 'The Red Planet'. #RickWakeman once again creates fine instrumental themes and a few songs (lovely sung by Mollie Marriott), but all featuring those inimitable Moog and Hammond sounds.
