Did an all out 5k run today.

I did manage to reach my set goal and done it in 19:42 minutes with an average pace of 3:57'/km.

Could have been faster if I've done it on a track or route without a weir in the way.

It was a pretty hard effort, not as much fun as running a 100km though 😋

After nearly 2 weeks of pause a first 5k to see if the ankle is alright again.
And it is, no issue whatsoever. Back to training it is.

5.04km with a pace of 4:37'/km

I've done a Fitnesstest from my new watch. It was harder than expected (due to me misreading the duration of one of the test sections) but I've got slightly better results than I was guesstimating.

25' to get a threshold pace number and two 3' with increasing pace for a threshold heartrate.

12km in total in 57:57

@PetraPhoenix They do not need special care, a little pot, some earth and enough water from time to time. Be advised however that no appletree will sprout from these seeds, apples are not "seed-safe" (not sure what's the correct term in english). This means that the plant from these seeds will likely not produce good apples, but more wild-apple alike ones. Plants like apples are always grafted, therefore the same species of apple trees are always clones of the same plant.
