This a delusion. I've spoken with ordinary people in the Caribbean and the Commonwealth is an irrelevance to them. The only conclusion you can reasonably draw is that someone in the oval office was handing out tips on buy/sell orders to their contacts in the minutes before Trump posted his message. It's called insider trading. It's illegal. It's corruption. In normal times this would result in a jail sentence.
