Fairytales grow from a rich and continuing tradition of oral storytelling. Because of this, we can use the fairy tale form to showcase our collective power. And we can channel the practical skills we’ve learned from collective action, mutual aid, and solidarity to write sparkling and magical stories that not only capture the truth of this moment but reflect outward to make change in the greater world.
