I got Shinku a chair to spin on, my Neverness career is complete. Disregard the sound of my laptop's screams as it begs for death.

@Gazimoff@gamepad.club I preordered physical. Looks like it’s already on sale to match the digital price here.
Hope it’s a special experience. I was more into FF7 than Ocarina when I played them both (On the same Christmas! What a year) but it’s still a nostalgia heavy game for me
Scented trash bags are kinda funny to me. That festering, rotten garbage in your trash can? Well now enjoy that same classic smell with a little lavender mixed in.
I’ve never had or even seen a Master System irl but it’s cool not only how nice this port runs but it’s also closer to the SNES version than the NES.

Meanwhile, Trails in the Sky 1st is 50% off and that also looks neat. I’m also getting into Crisis Core and might want to play the S2 version of Integrade. And it’s not like I have no shortage of games to play as it is. Being into a videogames is like a disease.
I have such good friends
Is it worth jumping into Deltarune now or continue to wait- I can imagine it being pretty fun to speculate on what’s going to happen next. But there’s always a certain unsatisfying feeling when you reach the end of a story that’s not finished yet.
Deltarune players- it sounds like the routes in this one are not as straightforward as Undertale.
Should I for example play all of Chapter 2 and then go back and play Chapter 2 with an alternate path or just play through all five current chapters and then start messing around with alternate routes?
Or just do none of those things and wait for the entire game to be out in case it looks at your other save files down the road.
I like how the fake Almighty, actually the demon king, is like the stereotypical powerful and intimidating god, but the real one has a bulbous nose and looks like a kind old man

Beverly, we’ve always been fine with just the two of us and 2/30 of a starship before.
I hate those days when I'm hurting, dealing with Mom, and having numerous health issues and I get pushed and pushed and pushed until I snap and then everybody looks down on me for getting mad.

@rakuno@gamepad.club Yeah, I wouldn’t have minded a couple more choices and endings but for me it was more fun speculating and reading the journals and looking for hints than the actual result.

Mint's reaction is very Mint.
9mg Wegovy is kicking my butt. Really just don’t want to eat or drink anything and feeling slight nausea all day. Trying to eat a bite or two at a time but it’s rough.

@rakuno@gamepad.club the first crystal boss is the one that absolutely wrecked me. I beat it with specials after like 5 tries but it didn’t feel legit.

@rakuno@gamepad.club I finally gave in and just put it on easy mode so I could enjoy the gameplay loop and story without having to keep retrying certain battles or stopping to grind and change jobs when I didn’t want to

@rakuno@gamepad.club @dialancea.bsky.social Chie was my choice on my first playthrough on Vita, but I never did finish the game that time. When I played it on Steam and 100%'d it, I picked Rise. This time will probably be Marie. They just need to remake it a few more times so I can get the rest.
It’s so crazy huge, 30 bags, it’s scary
My avatar change has confused even me. Who’s that person participating in my conversation? Oh it’s me.

@Athelia@masto.ai sounds interesting. I hope I just didn’t get a big spoiler while trying to figure out how to spell Mao’s name. Oh well, it’s fine.

With Mom gone I’ve kinda made the living room into a one man movie and gaming area more than anything. Put the recliner right in front of the TV. Going to get a second Switch Dock for gaming in either room. Helps too with the space not reminding me of her constantly
I’ve been watching all this stuff on Netflix which has been clicking more than some of the other services.

@druid@diclonius.princess.wedding you really went? That must’ve been so surreal and interesting.
Work sent me $450 in gift cards for groceries and stuff. At first I expected flowers but then I figured even that wasn’t going to happen. Kind of shocked.
I guess I’d better not bitch about them for at least a few weeks, huh?
This is how it all happened
