Released Lima v2.1.3

- Updated the default Ubuntu image from 25.10 to 26.04
- Updated nerdctl v2.2.2 & containerd v2.2.1 to nerdctl v2.3.3 & containerd v2.3.2

These releases of Lima, nerdctl, and containerd also contain several security fixes!
