You need to see this internet. No, really.

@brewsterkahle@mastodon.archive.org @JorgeStolfi@mas.to I found the repeated swipes in the article at gender studies and similar annoying and weakened his argument… he literally suggests that the books in storage will be recycled and the paper used for “latinx queer studies”. Perhaps if some of those books had been on nearby shelves to stuff he liked he would have learned how to make a good argument without also coming across as a racist, homophobic, and sexist troll.

Thanks RFK, Jr. Great job you're doing there.
Is this the cost of having principles in the era of Trump? America should be ashamed of siding with wannabe dictators and bullying the courts of other countries.

Am I the only one who is worried that in the wake of the rash decision to go to war with Iran that maybe Iran will have learned something from what the Ukrainians have accomplished (especially with drones)? Also... straights of Hormuz...
Stories like this make it hard to read the news. The cruelty! Apparently Trump thinks trans kids should not be told *not* to kill themselves.

Interesting experience with Apple Support:
Folder Action Services (which are built into macOS) have started misbehaving for me. Pretty sure this started with the 15.5 update. Anyway, if you call about this sort of thing they tell you (since it involves Automator... another thing built into the OS) to report the issue and get help through developer services.
Frankly, that seems odd, since this is a (power) user facing feature.
