Starting celebration of my 9th Retirement-a-Versary at the dentist, getting three replacement crowns cemented in.

Three good-sized, lanky coyotes, crossing the road from one office park to another as Daphne barked lustily at them.
The last in line stopped to look at us. Curiosity? Defiance? It didn't move on until a landscaping truck approached it.
A friend was commissioned to build a large model rocket for a very special mission. Commemorative in nature, shall we say.
I am pretty good at doing finishes, so I spent the afternoon streamlining the fins and preparing to fill in the wood grain.

Another odious Dickens character turned up midway through the season.
Some plot lines resolved, but a big cliffhanger.
