Also been “called out” for getting AI to write stuff for me. I would rather eat my own face than willingly use AI, but if this is the only kind of commentary and feedback I get for trying to be creative and put myself out there, and not even a “this was okay”, why should I bother?

There should be something like an AI that lets me skip the writing part and get to the written stage, but like I’ve actually done it and nothing like AI. Adam Sandler’s remote from Click, for example, except also without the “monkey’s paw/learn a lesson” catch. Or maybe I just need to not have to work, or worry about money, so I can just create for the sake of it.

Had a customer that smelled so strongly of weed, smoke, and general B.O. that I nearly had a spontaneous asthma attack being a meter away from them for less than 20 seconds. If it had been a full minute, I’d have vomited. And I’ve been to a sewerage plant, landfills, and around a literally decomposing corpse.

Please, for the love of anything you value, consider your personal hygiene before going out in public.

@WriterRaven@kind.social 👻 I remember reading that that’s a legitimate way to build up the habit of going to the gym. Like getting changed into workout clothes, and just being around there for a bit. Even if you never touch a piece of equipment or even go inside; it’s almost like a form of exposure therapy.

I follow a couple of video content creators, and trying to get something to play in full screen is a nightmare on mobile, but if I dare turn the phone to see better, it refreshes the page. And if it does that, it’s 50/50 if it functions properly when it reloads. So it’s always a task I need to prepare for, which feels ridiculous.

I have bravely decided I never need to sleep again, and will be living a new life, permanently outdoors. In addition, I will be trialling a new existence of having no skin, as the previous version has been entirely removed by stress-scratching.

This is of course, completely independent of my decision to watch The Descent.

One of the downsides to living in Australia that doesn’t often come up as far as I’m aware: It’s never cold enough to really get into proper cold weather styles. Big fluffy jumpers look so comfy. Layered coats are cool and stylish. Pom-poms on knitted caps? What a treat.

Meanwhile, winter here is a spring time delight in the north. Their winters are a new ice age to kill the dinosaurs, and our summers are “a bit uncomfortable” for Satan himself.

Just not fair.

So Hell is soylent green, the roads to which are paved with good intentions. This road may also be a highway to hell, and therefore to the danger zone. Where does the world being a vampire come into things? If it’s a wonderful world, are vampires wonderful? Do they stop being made of city when they become a vampire?
