A variety called Durham early I think, must be the last of my seed and took a chance. Its overwintered and just starting to form heads now so might be used as a loose leaf cabbage if they don't get bigger.
My in ground oregano needs a lot of taming but I do have some mint in a container otherwise that will go wild!

Completely by accident I have some large oregano plants near my cabbages currently along with chives at the edge of the bed. Didn't realise they were a deterrent!

@welshpixie@mastodon.art Getting it to even see the printer on the network would be a nice start, could be a user issue though. I do use a VPN and Epson's apps don't play nice with that

@welshpixie@mastodon.art I have an epson, not that model though and I find it really hard to get it to print from a Linux mint computer. Hopefully if you go for an Epson you won't have the same issues

Ah I'm just catching up on reading this now. I'm so, so glad I'm not the only one who's saw this for the schill it was. I knew my instincts were telling me it was off. It was this bit in particular:
"the folks making any actual income, of any kind, were the ones selling courses about making passive income"
Reminds me of every "turn your passion into an income" tutorial I've ever seen.

@redcrew@mstdn.social I'm in Yorkshire, just outside of Leeds. Not up in the hills though I think my elevations quite low. My soils quite heavy but I've built it up over time to be a bit better. I think the mild winters are key.
Your cabbages sound like they're doing well!
