I'll be posting a series of posts showing the lifecycle of different berries.
Today, I'm starting with the blackberry. I hope you enjoy it!

Built right before the dawn of World War II. Three of Vestman island's best mountaineers climbed up the near-vertical cliff face, near the top one guy had to stand on the other's shoulders and pull the rest up as it was too high to reach the cliff edge. They then made a 'trail' down the cliff by drilling spikes and connecting them with a chain. Next, a small crane pulley system was constructed to hoist up material and supplies, the remains of that system can still be seen today...
I once met a girl and told her "you must be my electron because we share a strong bond". Turns out she is a neuroscientist and thought my pick up line was charming. Five years later, we are still happily sharing our lives together! ❤️

So true?
Did you know that it is common for logos to include intentional inconsistencies?
Here's an example from the Google logo where parts of the logo are not aligned and where the overall shape of the logo is distorted.
It is common for visuals that have been distorted, especially letter forms, to appear more accurate. For instance, although the entire line of text appears even, characters with rounded bottoms protrude beyond the baseline. Those that seem to be the same thickness all around are frequently not.

@BaylessMarilyn@toad.social that's a good question. I know the lighthouse isn't manned today. They only go for maintenance... How was it at the beginning? Could you leave it unmanned with a huge oil lamp that lasts for a long period before returning?

@jkew@hachyderm.io @forteller@tutoteket.no I found several such photos for different fruits and berries and it has to be either delayed germination or an amazing Photoshop job.
I grow raspberries behind my house and I can confirm that there's no way you can take that picture. Thanks for identifying a potential artist. When the artist is known, I usually add the credits and this one didn't have any when I found the picture!
AMAZING visualisation showing the power of urban population density.
If you're an American, could you please comment whether you live in a grey or red area?
