The Sukhoi Su-7 (1944) was a high-altitude interceptor prototype, derived from the Su-6 ground-attack aircraft. First flying on 13 August 1918, the Bristol Braemar was a triplane heavy bomber designed for the Royal Air Force.

The forth and last of the Suffren class heavy cruisers built for the French Navy. Her only action was a bombardment of Italian coastal targets near Genoa and Vado Ligure. Developed for the Bristol Braemar triplane heavy bomber, the Bristol Pullman was a 14-seat passenger aircraft that first flew in May 1920. As with the Braemar Mk.II, it was powered by four 400 hp (300 kW) Liberty L-12 engines in inline pairs.

A small number of Macchi C.205s were used by the Luftwaffe, primarily by II./JG77 in northern Italy. German interest stemmed from the aircraft’s high performance.
II./JG 77 operated Macchi C.205Vs from Oct until Dec 1943 then re-equipped with Bf109s. They found the C.205Vs radio unreliable, causing difficulties co-ordinating interceptions. The Ilyushin Il-22 was the first Soviet jet-engined bomber to fly on 24 July 1947. Powered by four Lyulka TR-1 turbojets, it was under powered, as the engines only produced 80% of their planned thrust. HMS Royal Sovereign was a British pre-dreadnought battleship of the Royal Sovereign class, built for the Royal Navy under the Naval Defence Act 1889. She was laid down at Portsmouth Dockyard on 30 September 1889, launched on 26 February 1891, and commissioned into service on 31 May 1892.
