There was some squally weather here yesterday. I just heard on the radio that there was a tornado a couple blocks away. That explains the broken tree branches around the corner from my house.

We get smallish tornados, but about 15 years ago my car got like a thousand dents in it when a tornado went over my car while I was on the highway. about 3 inches of 1 inch hail in one minute. It was noisy.

@Ghislaine Haha, that would cost about $225 now, or about 10 hours of minimum wage. Of course a dozen beers at the supermarket is still about $30.

@klaatu@noauthority.social I wonder if brake cleaner is flammable? For sure, I do not recommend pumping pressurised air into a cylinder containing flammable gas. Do you know how internal combustion engines work?

In this cost of living crisis. NZ petrol is $3.50 / L again. USD$7.40/Gal.

But coca nose candy is down by 30% over the last 10 years. Gotta love National Radio, they had a big segment on supply chain.
