@neil Yeah. As a commenter mentioned. The US Cloud Act 2018 is the relevant legislation. Essentially it states the US government owns your data if its on US servers (even in Europe). You don't need a €750 per hour consultation with a GDPR lawyer for this one. ...run fast. run far!
