Cycling Guide 🚴🏼♀️
Cycling Guide is a free mobile app for people who want to ride their bicycle more than they do now. It provides the best available low-stress, cycling friendly routes.
The app is maintained by the Cycling Guide Foundation (Registered Charity Number 71553 3345 RR0001).
Currently our app provides routes in multiple communities. See the pinned post below for details.
It's now available for iPhone and Android.
Try it 😀 🚴🏼 🚴🏼♀️ 🚴🏿♂️ 🧭
Check this out! Former City of Waterloo mayor Dave Jaworsky is looking pretty stylish with his Cycling Guide t-shirt that’s colour coordinated with his e-bike. Dave has been a long-term advocate of cycling and active transportation here in Waterloo. And we're proud to say that he’s one of our supporters 😀❤️🚴🏼♀️
You can get your own t-shirt here:

A great read on who gets left out from cycling benefits. We try to help with our low-stress routes!
“Active transportation like walking and cycling connect us to nearby communities and amenities. It can promote socially connected communities, reduce the risk of depression and stress and provide opportunities for physical activity. […] Many factors can effect whether people take up cycling, including the cost of a bike and education for safe cycling.”

Hello again, Saskatoon people! As you may know, Canada plays Morocco today in a big soccer match. You’re excited, but not sure how to watch. And maybe you’d rather be cycling?
Our free Cycling Guide mobile app will get you a low-stress cycling route directly to the Saskatoon Cycles Bike Valet location at the match watch party!
Leave your bike there, enjoy the game, then retrieve your bike and ride home 😀🚴🏼♀️⚽️❤️
Please boost for visibility. And tell your friends!
We’ve updated our post on our London launch!
"We’re working hard at the City of London to improve cycling infrastructure and supports, and we’re excited for more people to start riding bikes. We hope that Cycling Guide will be a tool for people to use, that will ease them into trying out a mode of transportation that is healthy, sustainable and fun – and do it safely and comfortably.”
— Molly Miksa, Transportation Demand Management Coordinator, City of London
