When my 14 y/o Twitter account was banned in 2024 after a hack, I lost all #meded posts. But in #slideshare, I found my 2017 presentation, the year after I started my off-label use of #sglt2i in kidney disease. I'm glad I got most things right back then

This synergy has been interesting to watch: those who get the airborne fog, turn to the chatbots to maintain performance only to get a case of Artificial Incapacitation, which makes them more likely to expand the use of the chatbots after the next event of airborne fog. As they expand the use of the bots, the increasing fog makes it difficult to check the output of the bot, which reinforces the Dunning Kruger from using the bot. #AI
I was approached to be a participant in their upcoming vaxx trials (recruited through FB during the 30 sec I spent there last week) and been screening out because of me getting boosters <6 months apart. These are rookie interbooster intervals #pfizer #moderna #Novavax, for the #gigavaxxers
Post #Dialysis Syndrome - a narrative review #nephrology #meded
Conflicted since family members, mentors, boss, former cofellows & researchers in the division I lead are coauthors, but since they excluded me, I can vouch for the quality of the work
