@1dalm@deacon.social There are certain features in Google docs/sheets that can't be done on a phone. I can use it for 80% of what I do though.

@1dalm@deacon.social Ugh. You're right.
@tx_tartan@deacon.social I felt like the first couple of episodes were a good but that it really hit its stride after that and was outstanding. Great characters and Ferrix and the other locations are excellent.
@1dalm@deacon.social 5000. Horrific.

Exciting!
I am still confident of this: I will see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. Wait for the LORD; be strong and take heart and wait for the LORD. - Psalm 27:13-14

@quackitude@deacon.social 😊 Had to look up braai but now I agree! I wilt in humidity. Don't know how people managed to cook (on fires!) before air conditioning.

@quackitude@deacon.social That's our average summer high here so it sounds pretty nice. Maybe it's the humidity? It's quite dry here in the summer with literally almost no rain.

@Katie So hard. Not to make light but we''ve had one, yes. What about second advent? There's this tension where were already saved in Christ (Ephesians 2:8), but not yet saved (Romans 5:9). Anyway, I hope your "other waiting" isn't much longer!
@1dalm@deacon.social Interesting! Do you know of anywhere where this is the practice? The only anecdotal experience I know about this is that a friend was taking a free downtown shuttle and got on and found that it was mostly unhoused people who were using it to get out of the elements for the day. That is helpful in it's own way but made her feel unsafe do to some mild harassment.
